This polymer-modified stipple coat is designed for use as a preparatory render on a range of suitable surfaces. It helps form a textured key on dense concrete, brickwork, blockwork, masonry, or well-adhered existing render, where direct application of traditional render may not bond securely.
Commonly used on site to support adhesion of subsequent render layers, it helps to equalise suction and promotes consistent drying. The stipple finish also reduces slippage during render application, contributing to an even, reliable result across mixed backgrounds.
