Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Delivery times for dropshipped products may vary.

TSS is not responsible for delays arising from supplier fulfilment processes, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers and resolve issues.

Product availability remains subject to supplier stock levels.

9. Custom & Bespoke Products

Custom-manufactured, personalised, printed, branded, or bespoke products include but are not limited to:

• Branded workwear
• Printed garments
• Custom signage
• Stickers
• Decals
• Vinyl graphics
• Bespoke manufactured products

Customers are responsible for approving artwork, specifications, measurements, and order details before production begins.

Once production or procurement has commenced, such products cannot normally be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless faulty.

10. Trade Accounts

Approved trade customers may be offered account facilities at the discretion of TSS.

TSS reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject applications.
• Amend credit limits.
• Suspend accounts.
• Withdraw credit facilities at any time.

Trade account holders remain responsible for all purchases made using their account credentials.

11. Retention of Title

Ownership of goods shall remain with TSS until payment has been received in full.

Until ownership transfers:

• The customer shall store goods separately where reasonably possible.
• The customer shall not pledge or use the goods as security for any debt.
• TSS may recover unpaid goods where legally permitted.

12. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

By placing an order, customers agree to that policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

TSS shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses.
• Consequential losses.
• Loss of profit.
• Loss of business.
• Loss of contracts.

• Loss arising from delays beyond our reasonable control.
