This glass fibre mesh cloth is used to reinforce external render systems, particularly in areas subject to movement or increased stress, such as around doors, windows, junctions of different substrates, or weep holes. The open weave structure allows render to key into the mesh, helping distribute loads and resist cracking.
Supplied in a 1m x 50m roll, the mesh is typically embedded within the render base coat during application. Its distinct pink colour makes placement easy to monitor, supporting neat and efficient installation for both new builds and refurbishment work where extra reinforcement is required.
