This sashlock is intended for installation in timber doors, suitable for doors hinged on either side and up to 54mm thick. It is commonly used where a locking function is needed from both sides, such as on residential front or back doors, and in some commercial applications.
On site, the lock is often selected for retrofitting into existing mortices or for new door installations. It is operated by key from either side, providing secure access control, and its 2.5-inch (68mm) case size fits standard mortice cut-outs often found in UK properties.
