This treated timber firring is designed for adjusting gradients on flat and low-pitch roofs. Tapering from 47 x 50mm down to 0mm over a 3.6 metre length, it is used to create the required fall to manage roof drainage effectively.
Application is common in both new builds and roof refurbishments, where the firring is fixed on top of roof joists before deck installation. The treated timber offers added durability, making it suitable for use in a range of residential and commercial settings.
