This treated softwood carcassing is supplied in a 47 x 150mm section, with a finished size of approximately 45 x 145mm and a length of 6.0 metres. The timber is kiln dried, planed, and regularised for a smooth surface and consistent dimensions, making it practical for cutting and fitting on site.
Suitable for structural work, it is commonly used as joists and in the construction of roofs, floors, and walls. The preservative treatment allows use in both indoor and outdoor environments where structural timber is required.
