Toolpak X116-002 4 1/2" DPC Metal Grinding Disc

This grinding disc is designed for use with 115mm angle grinders and is suitable for metalworking tasks on mild steel and other ferrous metals. Measuring 115mm in diameter with a 22.23mm bore and 6.0mm thickness, its DPC (depressed centre) profile fits standard tools for site-based work.

Trades commonly use the disc for preparing surfaces, removing weld seams, bevelling edges, and general smoothing of metal components. Its build includes aluminium oxide grit in a resin bond, reinforced with fibreglass, allowing reliable material removal on structural and fabrication jobs.
