The Timloc plastic airbrick in terracotta is used to provide ventilation below suspended ground floors or through external walls. Made from UV-stabilised plastic, it is commonly fitted alongside telescopic underfloor ventilators or cavity sleeves, enabling airflow into building interiors or underfloor voids.
Designed for straightforward installation, it features a stepped front grille to help reduce the entry of wind-driven rain. Its integral clip system allows multiple airbricks to be securely stacked where a larger vent size is required on site.
