The Timloc Cavity Wall Weep Vent 1143 Buff is intended for use in external masonry walls of brick, block, or stone with a thickness of 100mm or greater. Its pre-formed plastic design provides a dedicated pathway for water to exit from within the cavity, helping to minimise the risk of moisture accumulation.
This weep vent is commonly installed at ground level, above external lintels, or alongside cavity tray systems on site. It also allows some air movement within the cavity, supporting effective wall ventilation while its compact front grille helps deter large insects from entering the structure.
