This insulated plasterboard combines a 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard with a 40mm polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core, designed for use in internal wall lining and loft conversions where improved thermal performance is needed. The board measures 2400mm by 1200mm and features an overall thickness of 52.5mm.
Commonly used in both refurbishment and conversion settings, this board supports the upgrade of existing spaces by providing insulation and a ready-to-finish plaster surface in one product. Suitable for direct bonding or mechanical fixing onto substrates such as masonry or timber, it is often selected to reduce heat loss and streamline wall build-ups on site.
