This is a factory-batched, polymer modified dry mix render in a cream finish, supplied in a 25kg bag. Designed as a topcoat, it is through coloured and suitable for use as a dry dash receiver on render applications, as well as on certain insulation systems.
Supplied ready for site mixing with just the addition of clean water, it can be applied by hand or spray equipment. Typical use includes external wall finishes where a decorative aggregate or dry dash effect is needed, providing a consistent and durable surface suited to residential or commercial building projects.
