This is a cement-based, dry mixed base coat supplied in a 25kg bag. It is designed for use as a preparatory render layer where a smooth and consistent finish is required before applying further coatings.
On site, it is typically mixed with clean water and applied to a substrate before the addition of a finishing top coat, such as SikaWall 530. Keying the surface while wet ensures good adhesion between layers, making it suitable for rendering tasks in general building work.
