The Sandtoft Universal Eaves Vent Pack is used to provide continuous ventilation at the eaves level of pitched roofs. Supplied in a 6 metre length with a 10mm vent gap, it suits various roof build-ups where ventilation at the lowest point is required.
Commonly fitted over fascia boards before roof tiles or slates are laid, this vent pack supports airflow into the roof space which can reduce condensation risks. The integrated design also helps deter large insects and wind-driven debris from entering the roof void.
