This asbestos-free twisted glass rope is suitable for sealing gaps in equipment exposed to elevated temperatures. Measuring 6mm in diameter and supplied in a 5-metre coil, it is designed for use in heating and plumbing applications where safe, heat-resistant sealing is required.
Commonly fitted around boiler doors, flue joints, and oven surrounds, this rope helps prevent heat escape and provides a durable seal where conventional materials may degrade. The glass rope is easy to handle and can be cut to length on site as required.
