This buff clay air brick is manufactured with square holes and measures 215 x 215mm, making it suitable for installation within external or internal brickwork. It is typically used in brick or block cavity walls to allow a steady flow of air into underfloor voids or internal spaces.
The air brick is commonly installed as part of a building’s passive ventilation system. It helps limit condensation and damp by encouraging airflow in subfloor areas, supporting a healthier environment in both new builds and refurbishment projects.
