This undercloaking strip is a magnesium oxide board measuring 2440mm long, 200mm wide, and 4mm thick, intended for use at gable roof verges. It is placed beneath roof tiles or slates to create a stable base for mortar bedding and to help limit water entry at exposed roof edges.
Regularly used in both new build and refurbishment projects, this board can be quickly cut to size and fitted behind verge tiles. Its slim profile allows for a neat finish while supporting a consistent verge detail and adding resilience against wind uplift and weathering.
