This edge insulation coil is designed for use with underfloor heating systems, providing an effective means to manage screed expansion at floor perimeters. Supplied in a 25 metre coil, it features a blue finish and is suitable for use around the edge of rooms where underfloor heating pipework is being laid.
The insulation includes a plastic apron and sticky backing, which help secure it in place during installation. Typically installed before pouring floor screed, this product creates a neat separation between screed and wall structures, allowing for movement and reducing the risk of cracking around the edges.
