The pine newel base, measuring 91 x 915mm, provides a solid foundation for internal staircase newel posts. Designed for use where there is no existing base, it accommodates a spigot newel to complete the assembly and is crafted from straight-grained pine.
This base is typically fitted during new staircase installations or when refurbishing existing stairs. It can be combined with compatible handrails and baserails, and can be finished with stain, varnish or paint to suit the project's requirements.
