This pre-moulded pipe flashing is used to seal round pipe penetrations through EPDM flat roofing systems. It provides an efficient way to weatherproof areas where pipes or circular services pass through the roof covering.
The adjustable boot fits a range of pipe sizes and is installed using Quickprime and a scrubber pad for adhesion to the rubber membrane. Commonly applied by roofing trades, it allows for a secure seal around pipes up to 6 inches wide, helping address roof detail work on site.
