This yellow building sand is supplied in a large bulk bag for convenient handling on site. Made from finely graded sand, it is suitable for mixing with cement to produce mortar for bricklaying and blockwork.
Commonly used in both commercial and domestic projects, it can also be used as a bedding layer for pond liners and general landscaping tasks where a clean, workable sand is required. The yellow colour is preferred for certain regional mortar finishes and decorative landscaping.
