This oak stop chamfer newel post, measuring 90 x 1500mm, is designed as a key structural and decorative component for internal staircases. The square profile with chamfered detailing makes it suitable for both modern and traditional settings.
On site, it is typically installed at the end or midpoint of a staircase, working with compatible handrails, base rails, and spindles in the Benchmark range. Supplied as a full newel, it does not require an additional newel base and can be finished using wax, varnish, or lacquer to suit the project requirements.
