This oak Edwardian spindle is intended for internal staircase installations, featuring a traditional rounded turning and a substantial 41 x 41mm profile. Supplied at 895mm in length, it is commonly used as part of stair balustrade systems where a classic appearance is desired.
On site, the spindle can be cut to the required height and is fixed in place with glue and pins. Compatible with other elements from the Benchmark Turned range, it can be finished with wax, varnish, or lacquer to complement flooring and handrails while enhancing the natural oak grain.
