The Manthorpe GL250-03 drop-down loft door provides a straightforward access solution for roof spaces, designed with a twist lock and a three-point closing mechanism for secure use. Its white textured finish allows it to blend neatly with various house interiors and can be cleaned easily or painted to suit décor requirements.
On site, this loft door is suitable for installations where easy entry to loft areas is needed and where unobstructed access may be required, as the door can be removed completely from the frame. Built-in draught seals around the frame and door help reduce unwanted air movement, and the 50mm expanded polystyrene insulation on the rear of the door offers an extra layer against heat loss. The catch can be operated manually or by pole, and the unit is compatible with selected Manthorpe loft ladders for convenience.
