This MOT Type 1 aggregate comes in a large bag and contains a mix of stone from 6mm up to 40mm in size. It is most commonly used as a sub-base material on building sites, with its natural grey finish blending into a range of landscaping and groundwork projects.
The product is suitable for groundworkers preparing foundations for roads, driveways, patios, or shed bases. It compacts well when laid and consolidated, making it useful beneath concrete, paving slabs, or block paving, and can also be used for screeding or as a base for other surfacing layers.
