This glass mineral wool cavity slab is designed for use in masonry wall insulation, with each slab measuring 1200mm by 455mm and a thickness of 85mm to suit typical cavity widths. The semi-rigid structure allows for close-fitting placement between wall ties, helping to minimise gaps that could compromise thermal performance.
Builders commonly use these slabs for full-fill cavity wall applications in new build or extension projects. The water-repellent properties help resist moisture ingress, supporting long-term insulation performance. Packs contain eight slabs, providing 4.37 square metres of coverage to assist efficient installation and planning on site.
