This glass mineral wool slab is intended for use in masonry cavity wall construction, with dimensions of 1200mm by 455mm and a thickness of 75mm. The format is designed to fit standard wall tie spacing, making it straightforward for installation in external wall cavities where insulation is required.
On site, the product is typically installed to fill the full cavity width between masonry leaves. Its semi-rigid construction enables close fitting around wall ties, reducing gaps and helping to limit heat loss and moisture transfer through external walls.
