This steel box lintel is made for use in solid masonry walls ranging from 100mm to 215mm in thickness. With a 3000mm length and 215mm height, it is suited for installations where a wider structural opening, such as a large doorway or window, needs reliable support.
On site, the lintel is positioned above wall openings to distribute the load to supporting masonry on each side. Commonly used in both residential and light commercial jobs, it is set onto a mortar bed to ensure stability and effective load transfer through the wall structure.
