This Keystone extra heavy duty lintel is constructed from galvanised steel and designed to support masonry over structural openings. At 2700mm in length, it accommodates a cavity width between 50mm and 65mm, making it suitable for a range of cavity wall constructions in residential or commercial builds.
The lintel is typically installed in external walls where high load-bearing capacity is required above doors, windows, or other openings. Its robust build allows for secure installation between an inner 100mm leaf and an outer 102mm leaf, supporting both leaves during bricklaying and subsequent use.
