The Instarmac UltraFloor Level IT Pro 30 4.6l bottle is a two-part, free-flowing smoothing underlayment designed for preparing a wide range of internal subfloors. Suitable for use over existing adhesive residues, it does not require priming before application.
This underlayment allows installers to walk on the surface after just 30 minutes and is ready to receive unbonded floor coverings from 45 minutes, or bonded coverings after 90 minutes. Its rapid drying and compatibility with underfloor heating make it a practical choice for busy sites where time and flexibility are essential.
