IKO Perforated Sand Underlay (3H) 20m 3862000

This perforated sand underlay is a loose-laid membrane designed for use as a venting layer in built-up roofing systems. Manufactured with a glass fibre base and coated with oxidised bitumen, it features sand finish on both sides and evenly spaced perforations throughout the roll.

Typically applied to flat roofs in commercial and domestic projects, it is used where a controlled partial bond to the substrate is required. The underlay assists with venting and bond regulation when installed beneath subsequent fully bonded layers using hot bitumen.
