This 40mm natural flint shingle is supplied in a big bag format, containing a blend of aggregate particles between 20mm and 40mm. The shingle is suitable for use in drainage systems such as soakaways, French drains, drainage trenches, and for bedding underground pipes on construction sites.
Commonly used for creating permeable sub-bases, it offers effective drainage and support where water run-off management is required. The natural appearance of the aggregate also makes it suitable for projects requiring a functional, yet presentable, finish to exterior groundworks.
