Geocel Trade Mate 310ml Silicone Lead AND Gutter Sealant Black 2940370/C05

This silicone sealant, supplied in a 310ml cartridge with a black finish, is intended for use in sealing around lead flashing, gutters, and downpipes. Its formulation adheres to both porous and non-porous surfaces, making it suitable for application where metal or plastic interfaces with brick, stone, or masonry during installation or repair work.

On site, it is commonly applied to joints between leadwork and building exteriors, as well as to gutter assemblies and connections around downpipes. The sealant helps prevent water ingress by creating a flexible, weather-resistant barrier in roofing and guttering systems.
