This is a grey, elastomeric sealant presented in a 310ml cartridge for use on roofing details requiring flexible, weather-resistant joints. Applied with a standard sealant gun, it is suitable for sealing and repairing laps, fixings, and joints on roofing assemblies.
Trades commonly use this product for sealing around gutters, downpipes, lead flashing, and corrugated or flat roof surfaces. It adheres to wet or dry substrates and can be applied directly to bitumen, galvanised metal, or tile, making it suitable for maintenance or emergency roof repairs.
