This is a one-part polyurethane sealant from Sika Ltd, supplied in a 300ml cartridge. The brown sealant is suited to a range of external building and construction applications, where flexible sealing solutions are required.
Typically used for sealing expansion joints, perimeter joints, and other gaps in masonry, concrete, or metal substrates. The product is compatible with most building materials and can be painted over if required, following a preliminary test for compatibility with the chosen paint system.
