This linseed oil putty is designed for setting single glass panes into metal, softwood, or hardwood window frames. Supplied in a 500g pack, it has a natural finish and features a workable, smooth consistency that aids on-site handling during glazing jobs.
Used primarily for external or internal glazing and repair work on traditional windows, this putty gives a colour-sympathetic seal where wooden or metal frames are involved. The product should not be applied to plastic frames, double glazing, heat-absorbing glass or frames finished with microporous stains. Mix thoroughly before use and allow a skin to form before painting.
