This expanding foam adhesive from Sika is supplied in a 750ml handheld can for straightforward application. It is coloured pink for clear visibility during use and is designed to expand upon dispensing to fill gaps, voids and irregular spaces that are difficult to seal with traditional fillers.
Commonly used on building sites for installation of door frames, window frames, and for sealing service penetrations, this foam is suitable for internal or sheltered external areas where improved resistance to fire and smoke spread may be needed. Once set, the foam can be trimmed or covered with plaster to achieve a clean finish.
