This white silicone sealant is a low modulus, neutral cure product designed for use with a wide range of construction materials, both porous and non-porous. It comes ready to use, suitable for application by cartridge gun, and provides a flexible seal for building and maintenance work.
On site, it is commonly used for perimeter pointing around PVCu, wood, and other window or door frames both internally and externally. The sealant is also effective for general glazing, weather sealing pre-formed panels, draughtproofing, and securing PVCu or plastic trims. Its strong adhesion and flexibility support both initial installation and ongoing repairs in varied site conditions.
