This brown construction silicone is a neutral cure, low modulus sealant suitable for a range of building applications. Supplied in a standard cartridge, it adheres effectively to both porous and non-porous substrates, including glass, metals, plastics, and timber.
Commonly used for perimeter pointing around window and door frames, this sealant is also practical for general glazing, joint sealing, and draughtproofing. Its flexibility and weather resistance make it suitable for internal and external use, including sealing PVCu and plastic trims, as well as applications involving glass-to-glass or glass-to-aluminium joints on construction sites.
