This PIR insulation board is designed for full fill applications in external masonry cavity walls, measuring 1200 x 450 x 90mm. The rigid, fibre-free core is faced with aluminium foil on both sides and features a tongue and groove edge profile to support close board-to-board alignment.
Often used in new build cavity wall construction and extensions, the board fits neatly between brick and block leaves. Its size makes it convenient for manual handling around site and allows straightforward installation with standard wall ties, while the residual cavity helps manage moisture and accommodates mortar squeeze during build-up.
