This laminated board combines a 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard with a 40mm polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation layer, offering an integrated solution for dry lining and internal wall insulation. Its total thickness of 52.5mm allows for improved thermal upgrading without making significant reductions to internal space.
Suitable for both adhesive dot-and-dab and mechanical fixing systems, it is typically used in refurbishment projects or new builds to improve the energy efficiency of rooms. The 2400 x 1200mm board size covers large areas efficiently, making it practical for upgrading existing walls, loft conversions, or smaller internal partitions where insulation and a finished surface are required in a single operation.
