This laminated insulated plasterboard features a 30mm rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core bonded to a 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard, forming a 42.5mm thick board designed for convenient internal wall upgrade projects. The large 2400 x 1200mm format is suitable for covering extensive wall areas with fewer joints to finish.
Commonly used in both domestic and commercial settings, this board is applied where improved wall insulation and a ready-to-finish surface are required. It can be installed onto masonry or blockwork using either a dot and dab adhesive method or mechanical fixings, making it suitable for both refurbishment and new-build applications where saving time on site is important.
