This sealant is a neutral cure silicone, supplied in a 310ml tube for convenient application. The formulation is intended for use when pointing joints between lead flashing and masonry or brickwork, suitable for roofing and general building tasks where movement and weather resistance are required.
On site, it is typically applied using a standard mastic gun, making it practical for both repair and new installations. The grey colour blends with leadwork, and the nozzle can be cut to suit joint width, allowing for efficient and tidy finishing around flashings, abutments, and similar details.
