This three-layer breather membrane is manufactured from nonwoven polypropylene and comes in a 1m x 50m roll. Designed for pitched roofs, it is installed beneath roof tiles and slates to act as a secondary barrier against wind-driven rain and snow.
On site, the membrane is fixed directly to rafters or over insulation, supporting ventilation by allowing moisture vapour to pass through while resisting water ingress. It is commonly used in both new build and re-roofing applications to help manage roof space humidity.
