This zinc plated Brenton padbolt is designed for securing wooden gates, including ledged and braced or framed styles. Measuring 200mm, the bolt provides a straightforward locking solution for domestic or site gates where access control is required from one side.
Commonly fitted to the inside face of a garden or site gate, the padbolt allows the shoot to be engaged into a staple and locked by fitting a separate padlock. This helps to deter unauthorised entry and keeps gates closed when not in use.
