This 250mm general purpose wall tie is designed for securing masonry leaves in cavity wall construction. Manufactured from stainless steel, it is suitable for use in new-build housing and extensions where two walls need to be reliably tied for structural stability.
Typically installed by bricklayers during the build-up of external cavity walls, the ties are positioned at regular intervals to ensure proper connection between internal and external skins. Supplied in a box of 250, they are suitable for use with cavity widths from 101mm to 125mm in domestic residential projects.
