This 500ml patination oil is intended for application to newly installed lead sheeting and associated flashings on building projects. The oil is generally brushed or wiped onto exposed lead after fitting, providing a treated surface finish.
On construction sites, it is commonly used along the length of pitched roof flashings to reduce surface discolouration and minimise the transfer of staining to brickwork, tiles, or masonry adjacent to the lead installation.
